ProtectMyFamily ("we", "us", or "our") provides consultancy services to assist you ("Client", "you", or "your") in claiming the insurance amounts of various policies taken out by deceased individuals.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to use our services, you must have active subscription of ProtectMyFamily service.
3. Consultancy Fee
Our fee structure will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of our services.
4. Services Offered
We specializes in providing assistance to families in claiming insurance policies held by a deceased individual. Our services include policy review, documentation and verification, claim filing and follow-up, negotiation and resolution, and client support and guidance throughout the process. We provide assistance with insurance policies covering life insurance, term insurance, accidental death policies only.
5. Documentation
You are responsible for providing all necessary documents required for the claim process. We will guide you through the documentation requirements.
6. Fees and Payment
ProtectMyFamily charges fees for its services, which are determined based on the scope and complexity. Fees will be communicated to the client upfront, and payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms and Conditions, describes how we handle the information you provide to us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the provision of consultancy services for insurance claims. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination of Services:
ProtectMyFamily reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities. In such cases, fees paid may be forfeited, and clients may be held liable for any additional costs incurred.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra state of India.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
ProtectMyFamily may revise these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients to review the terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
